Staying Connected With iTown@SG
Staying connecting with the Town Council while on the move is now easier with the new iTown@SG app released in June. "The key thinking is to provide an additional communication tool for residents with smartphones," said Dr Teo Ho Pin, coordinating chairman of the PAP Town Councils

Residents can use the iTown@SG to capture images of faulty properties and send it straight to their Town Council for action. An embedded feature working with the smartphone's GPS function allows the exact location of the fault to be captured without entering additional address information.

iTown@SG is integrated with the PAP Town Councils' existing estate management system (IEMS) so that fault reports are captured automatically. Service contractors will be alerted through the system for problem resolution, according to standard, current protocols.

Released both on Android and Apple iOS platforms, iTown@SG also allows you to read the latest news and events taking place in Nee Soon, and comes with a photo gallery for capturing images and memories from Nee Soon events.

iTown@SG can be downloaded for free at the Apple iTune store (for Apple iOS) and Google Play store (for Android platforms).
