Nee Soon is a vibrant town, always alive with activity. It’s a place where you can build a home and live well.

Over the years, we have transformed Nee Soon. This exhibition highlights recently completed and upcoming developments. It showcases improvements to your estate and social activities that make Nee Soon a Home With A Heart.

There’s something for everyone, whether you enjoy food, nature or fitness. We are developing the Chong Pang City integrated development. It will offer sports, retail, and public services to residents. We’ve upgraded playgrounds and the Oasis Waterpark for our children to enjoy. Community gardens have been set aside for residents to grow their own vegetables and plants. HomeTeamNS Khatib is also a great place to visit with your family for various leisure activities. For seniors, we offer digital literacy workshops to help them navigate the evolving digital world. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy exercise spaces like the Futsal Arena and covered basketball courts.

The Government has built a whole infrastructure of care, making Nee Soon the healthcare hub of the north. This includes 2 Hospitals, 2 Polyclinics, 3 Wellness Kampungs, a Caregivers Resource Centre, and Dementia-friendly town features.

The rising Cost of Living is a concern for many, both globally and here in Singapore. The Government has introduced support packages like Enhanced U-Save, S&CC Rebates, and GST Vouchers to help families cope.

In Nee Soon, we have our own Nee Soon Cares voucher scheme. This has been expanded so that all Singaporean households in Nee Soon attending a community event can receive $40, redeemable at 500 merchants in Nee Soon. The Government has also introduced measures to make housing affordable for all Singaporeans.

We will continue to seek ways to improve town infrastructure and community programmes.
